Which course is right for you?

If you are curious about learning massage professionally, or just want to try a routine which you can try out on friends or a partner, the Introduction to Massage is a great place to start. After taking this you also receive a £50 token off a professional qualification course, should you wish to progress.

Ready to start working as a massage therapist? The Level 3 Massage Therapy course provides you with all you need to know to start your career with confidence. Ideal for beginners, or existing holistic therapists who would like to upskill and learn deep tissue massage. You can even take this course as a residential retreat; click here for more details.

Already a Level 3 massage therapist and want to learn some new ways to help clients with a lot of back tension? (ie. most clients!) The Hands-Free Massage Course course is a 2 day practical course full of hands-free massage methods. Practise how to deliver those deeper moves using your forearms and elbow, which prevent you from hand and wrist pain. Also, add seated acupressure chair massage treatments to your services, so that you can provide mini seated treatments in offices and at events. To help pregnant clients, the Pregnancy Massage course is a 1 day CPD approved training for current massage therapists.

To get more clients and improve your earnings, the Grow Your Massage Business course is designed for self employed massage therapists.

Lake District
course venues…

Courses take place at different scenic locations in the Lake District. Some dates are held at Brathay Hall in Ambleside which is right next to the lake (Windermere), it is a beautiful, peaceful setting and there is accommodation on site if you book early enough! (See the guide below) Some dates are held at Ambleside Parish Centre in Central Ambleside, close to shops and cafés making it convenient for lunch options. The Parish Centre is in Rothay Park, with mountain views, a field of sheep and a river 🙂 And Lakeland Wellbeing in Keswick, close to the town centre and glorious Lake Derwentwater is the base for the Introduction to Massage and Couples Massage workshops.
